LANGLEY, Canada - Knelson is pleased to announce the appointment of China's Beijing Huabao Technology and Trading Co. (BHT) to Knelson's global network of representatives.

As the People's Republic of China is rapidly emerging as a major market for mineral processing equipment, BHT will represent and market the complete line of Knelson batch and continuous (CVD) concentrators along with all related mineral processing products, services and technologies.

BHT will act as a liaison for customers requiring process development and flowsheet design through the Knelson Gravity Solutions division (KGS). KGS is the technical services division of Knelson, which caters to client's requiring gravity concentration expertise and turnkey processing solutions.

Knelson commissioned China's first production-scale Knelson installation in 2001 at the Yin Ge Zhuang Gold Mine and more recently, a testwork concentrator at the Kunming Metallurgy Research Institute in the Yunnan Province.
