MOSCOW, Russia - Knelson Gravity Solutions concluded a very successful and exciting trip to Russia to attend "Zoloto 2004" (Gold 2004), which was held February 2nd - 6th in Moscow. The conference was jointly attended by Knelson Gravity Solutions (KGS) and Intertech Mining Corporation, Knelson's exclusive representative for Russia and the C.I.S.

"We were amazed by the level of interest and by the number and quality of inquiries that we received at the conference and throughout our two week visit to Russia," reported Doug Corsan; KGS VP Sales.
"It's evident that things are really booming in the precious metals sector in Russia and 2004 promises to be a very busy year for us," he added.
The conference was held at the exhibition grounds in Moscow and attracted more than 700 delegates from throughout the gold industry.
On Wednesday February 4th, Kevin Peacocke, KGS Director of Process Development, presented a technical paper entitled "Recent Developments in Gravity Processing," which highlighted recent KGS innovations such as the industry's largest gravity concentrator - the KC-XD70, developments in gravity modeling with KC-MOD*Pro, the all new CONE*Logic customized cone configuration system and gravity leaching with the ConSep ACACIA Reactor.

"The response to all aspects of the presentation was overwhelming and it is clear that the Russian industry is anxious to embrace the many new developments that Knelson Gravity Solutions has to offer," stated Peacocke.
Since the first Knelson exports in 1993, Russia has risen to become the second largest user base of Knelson Concentrators in the world, behind only Australia. However, Russia boasts the highest number of KC-XD48 concentrators on the planet, with 24 of the 112 units currently in operation located there.
Knelson is a Langley-based company specializing in the research, development and international marketing of mineral processing solutions. In 2003, Knelson celebrated 25 years of gravity concentration excellence, having developed and commercialized the first centrifugal concentrator - The Knelson Concentrator - in 1978. Since that time, Knelson has supplied over 2,500 units in more than 70 countries worldwide.
